The CONWAY Cabernet Sauvignon is always one of our favorite wines to craft, and the 2023 vintage truly shines. Produced in limited quantities from the esteemed Valley View Vineyard in Los Alamos, this wine offers a beautiful balance of power and elegance. Aromas of violet, dried sage, and earthy spice lead into rich flavors of black currant, blackberry, and a hint of savory black olive. Aged for 20 months in 30% new French oak, it shows excellent structure and depth, with firm yet approachable tannins and a long, polished finish. This is a Cabernet for those who appreciate the “King of Grapes” in its most balanced form — expressive, complex, and ready to enjoy with a hearty meal or on its own.
