Cherry’s Rescue Red is a Cabernet Sauvignon, from Santa Barbara County. It’s a special limited run wine in honor of our very own winery doggo, and supports the local shelter that brought Cherry into our lives. The WCLRR mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home abandoned labrador retrievers, golden retrievers, and other retriever breeds. “We’re all about the dogs.” So, let’s raise a glass to our four-legged grape-stomping partner in crime, Cherry!
Hand-harvested from the acclaimed Demetria Estate Vineyard in Los Olivos, this Grenache reflects the distinctive character of the Santa Ynez Valley. Fermented with 10% whole cluster and native yeasts in stainless steel, then aged for 18 months in 100% neutral French oak — a combination of traditional 228L barriques and 600L demi-muids — preserving the wine’s purity while adding subtle texture and depth. Aromatics: Fresh raspberry, red currant, dried violets, and a touch of white pepper. Palate: Bright and focused, with notes of tart cherry, raspberry, and red currant, finishing with a hint of cinnamon spice. Limited Production: 250 cases.
Our 2024 Deep Sea Chardonnay is sourced from the cool-climate Goodchild Vineyard, located in the Santa Maria Valley—one of California’s premier growing regions for Chardonnay. Known for its coastal influence and distinct terroir, the vineyard benefits from fog and breezes that help preserve acidity and fruit freshness. Our 2024 vintage is fermented in stainless steel to retain its bright, clean character, then aged for four months in neutral oak, adding texture and subtle oak notes. The result is a focused Chardonnay with notes of green apple, citrus, and stone fruit, supported by bright acidity and a mineral-driven finish. This wine is a versatile, modern expression of the unique Santa Maria Valley terroir.
Our Sauvignon Blanc has a rich golden hue and a round, vibrant profile. Aromas of citrus and brioche are followed by juicy fruit flavors of ripe pear, yellow apple, peach and nectarine. Subtle vanilla flavors from neutral French oak barrels soften the acidity, and aging sur lie enhanced the wine’s silky, complex finish.

The CONWAY Cabernet Sauvignon is always one of our favorite wines to craft, and the 2023 vintage truly shines. Produced in limited quantities from the esteemed Valley View Vineyard in Los Alamos, this wine offers a beautiful balance of power and poise. Aromas of violet, dried sage, and earthy spice lead into rich flavors of black currant, blackberry, and a hint of savory black olive. Aged for 20 months in 30% new French oak, it shows excellent structure and depth, with firm yet approachable tannins and a long, polished finish. This is a Cabernet for those who appreciate the “King of Grapes” in its most balanced form — expressive, complex, and ready to enjoy with a hearty meal or on its own.
