Hand-harvested from the acclaimed Demetria Estate Vineyard in Los Olivos, this Grenache reflects the distinctive character of the Santa Ynez Valley. Fermented with 10% whole cluster and native yeasts in stainless steel, then aged for 18 months in 100% neutral French oak — a combination of traditional 228L barriques and 600L demi-muids — preserving the wine’s purity while adding subtle texture and depth. Aromatics: Fresh raspberry, red currant, dried violets, and a touch of white pepper. Palate: Bright and focused, with notes of tart cherry, raspberry, and red currant, finishing with a hint of cinnamon spice. Limited Production: 250 cases.
The Pinot Noir grapes for our seventh vintage of Conway Pinot Noir are sourced exclusively from the acclaimed Goodchild Vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley. Continuing the tradition of previous vintages, the wine was fermented on the skins to enhance depth, complexity, and varietal character. In the glass, the 2024 vintage displays a brilliant ruby hue, hinting at the elegant red fruit profile to come. Barrel aged for 10 months in 30% new French oak and 70% neutral French oak, this Pinot Noir strikes a beautiful balance between vibrant fruit expression and subtle oak influence.
